About Theory : ways of seeing

To me, theory is the personal way we make sense of life through what we’ve learned, what we’ve noticed, and what we’ve lived through. It’s the meaning we create from our own experiences, our own questions, and the knowledge we gather as we move through the world.

A lot of the way I think is shaped by both science and spirituality. I’ve found that bringing those two together has helped me build a deeper understanding of what it means to be present, aware, and connected to life. It’s helped me slow down, pay attention, and see more value in the things around us that often go unnoticed nature, numbers, words, rhythm, repetition, and the everyday elements of being here on earth.

I don’t believe any of us came here with a full blueprint. We’re all learning as we go, gathering insight from books, people, the internet, self-experience, and life itself. For me, theory is what happens when all of that comes together and forms a personal understanding something that feels meaningful, grounded, and true to the way I experience the world.

This space is for sharing those kinds of thoughts. A place for reflection, pattern recognition, personal theories, and the different ways we come to understand life for ourselves. Take what resonates, question what calls to you, and move through it in your own way.

As with any form of knowledge, I believe it’s important to stay grounded in how you receive it. Not everything I read or come across fully resonates with me, and I’ve learned to trust my own intellectual instinct when deciding what feels true for me and what doesn’t. Everything I share here comes from personal experience, reflection, and my own connection to source. It isn’t meant to be taken as absolute truth or as a final answer, but simply as an offering of perspective, a chance to come across new information, sit with it, and decide for yourself what holds meaning for you.

I believe there is real value in staying open-minded when meeting new information, because openness allows you to refine yourself as you grow. Life is always evolving, and with it, knowledge, perspective, and understanding continue to unfold. As human beings, we are meant to evolve too, to keep learning, reflecting, and expanding with life. Even in spiritual history of christains, we see this through the movement from the Old Testament to the New Testament, where new information brought a new layer of understanding. So for me, this is simply a reminder to stay open as you move through life, because growth often begins with being willing to receive something new.
